What size containers are available?

All of our containers are 20ft.long x 8ft. wide and 8ft.6" high.

How much does it cost?

Our containers are available at just £150.00 per calendar month.

Do I have to pay VAT?

There is no VAT added.

Are there any extra amounts to pay?

We only charge for the container rental. NO HIDDEN extras.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

We require 1 months payment to be held against damages which will be refunded when you vacate.

When do I pay?

We request payment on the 1st of each month.

How do I pay?

We suggest the best way to pay is to set up a monthly standing order.

What is the minimum rental period allowed?

The minimum rental period is 1 month.

Do I have to sign a commitment?

You will be given a month to month licence agreement to sign before you can rent a container from us.

How much notice do I have to give when I want to vacate?

1months notice is required.

How do I get my deposit back?

Your deposit will be repaid using the same method that you made payment with.

When will I get my deposit back?

Your deposit will be refunded within working 14 days of the day you vacate. Assuming no damages.

How often can I access the site?

You will be given an access code to the front gates so that you can access your container 24/7

Do I need to insure my own goods?

You need to insure all of your items for all perils yourself as KBL take no responsibility for any loss or damages of contents how so ever caused.

Do I need to provide my own lock?

You will need to provide your own padlock.

Is the site secure?

The containers are set behind gates and only those on site have keys.

Can I park on site?

There is plenty of onsite parking.

Are there any restrictions on the type of goods I can store in the container?

We do not allow hazardous items to be stored on site - nor anything that would be considered illegal.
