They are stackable containers, mounted on a pallet that is designed to be moved using a forklift or pallet jack. 

The  galvanised tubular steel frame on each corner of  the container gives the  utmost stability. This also fits perfectly into the grooves of a plastic pallet; both below and above the container which enables an exact positioning and problem-free stacking.

What are IBC's?   (Intermediate bulk containers)

IBC's are for industry use for the safe transportation / storage of many different types of bulk liquids. They are reuseable.

They are also  UV-resistant which prolongs the freshness of their contents compared with standard, translucent bottles. The promotion of green water and algae is  reduced.

High-quality, single-trip Grade A IBCs are cleaned to a high standard with very few signs or rust or wear.

They feature a clean interior, with very few imperfections or signs of rust. They are pressure tested to 70 psi (4.83 bar). 

What Is A Reconditioned IBC?

This is general an IBC that has only been used once. But has been flushed out in order to be reused for other purposes.

Our reconditioning process includes an inspection of the overall condition of the cage, pallet and inner bottle.  We ensure that the cage is structurally intact with minimal surface damage. 

The plastic tank/inner bottle is cleaned and  also leak tested. If required, any lids, valves or gaskets are replaced. 

Note: Although these products are reconditioned to a high standard, we cannot guarantee what they were used for previously. Therefore we do not recommend they are used for products consumed by humans or animals, including the food, drink or pharmaceutical industry.
